As we celebrate Liberia’s 177th anniversary as Africa’s oldest independent nation, the African Coaches Connect (ACC) reflects and focus on the journey of developing football, African coaches, and the Liberian football community. For nearly two centuries, Liberia has symbolized hope and independence in Africa, just as football represents unity, resilience, and progress. We acknowledge significant strides in developing football in Liberia and Africa, but recognize that more efforts are needed.
ACC honors the vital role African coaches and football professionals play in shaping the game. We celebrate Liberian coaches who have contributed to football growth in their country and beyond, inspiring generations with their dedication, expertise, and passion. Looking ahead, ACC commits to partnering with the Liberian Football Association, Liberian coaches and football professionals, developing sustainable structures, and promoting unity, fair play, and excellence. We believe football can transform lives, communities, and nations.
