The African Coaches Connect is an organization of African Football coaches irrespective of residence, established since 2015. we are the fastest growing football coaches organization. It is a melting and network pot that provides all facets of Coaches desires and demand ranging from jobs, education, advocacy/legal, medical/insurance, finances/investment for both beginning and experienced coaches with a wide range of award programs.
We Find & Fund
Our findings and funding coaches services are designed to provide coaches with the support needed to find the perfect coaching experience. Our platform offers a wide range of coaches, each with their own unique specializations, making it easy to find the aptly functional and right coaching philosophy.
We Educate
Our “Coaches’ Education” program is designed to equip coaches with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. The program covers a broad range of topics, such as effective communication, leadership, strategy development, player development, and coaching methodology and philosophy.
We Encourage
Our coaches are given autonomy to design their coaching programs to meet individual player, team or their employer’s needs, and we ensure they have the resources and support they need to be successful. We value open communication and collaboration with our coaches and encourage them to provide feedback on our co-equal journey and processes, and ways we can improve.
We Consult
Our team of experienced and trusted consultants and partners offers personalized coaching consultations tailored to specific coaching needs and goals. Whether it be individual or team coaching, our consultants provide valuable feedback, techniques, and strategies that will optimize coaching effectiveness.
We Build
We proffer a range of courses through our consortium of schools, institutions and educators, which by far and near are very well established, infrastructured and verifiable. Our apex industry experts covers topics such as leadership, communication, strategy development, game analysis, recruitment and more. These courses are available in various formats, including live lectures, recorded content, and interactive sessions.
We Strengthen
We prepare coaches how to effectively communicate with their players, teams, employers / contacts and set realistic goals, and guide them through the coaching and the business procedurals. Coaches will also grasp their self-worth and manage their coaching business, including how to market and promote their talent and services.
